“Charise was a dream to work with. Responsive and knowledgeable, she planned the best vacation for us in Greece. She was calm and unflappable - she sorted out our concerns and endless questions with aplomb and patience.

It was our first time time traveling internationally and we needed as much help as we could get. With Charise's guidance, we decided to go to Santorini, Naxos and Athens. We were so happy with the hotel choices she narrowed down for us. In particular, the resort at Santorini, the Altana Cliffside Villas, was absolutely spectacular. Jawdroppingly unique and gorgeous. Unreal vistas at a central, very convenient area. The area she chose for us in Naxos was so close (7-minute walking) to the beautiful, white-sand beaches. The food in Naxos was incomparable. At every place we ate at, we'd say, "this is the best meal we ever had!' At the next place, we say that again! In Athens, we were again, walking distance to the Acropolis. So much to do, see and experience. Our hotel, the Grecotel Pallas Athena, is one of the most distinctive and chic (but still very family friendly) that we've ever been to. The all-day tour guide Charise selected for us, Vicky, is now like a family friend to us!

The travel app that Charise gave us was very easy to use. It laid out our detailed itinerary in a very clear way. We consult with it about 5-10 times a day!

We all agree that it was the best vacation we've ever been to (Maui being a close second, the Grand Cayman being third).

She helped my wife and I plan a 10-day trip to Italy (Rome, followed by Sorrento and some of the Amalfi Coast) and really took the time to understand our wants/needs for this trip (i.e. the type of accommodations we wanted, tours we had our eyes on, etc.). Initially, we wanted to change locations every couple days and she was realistic with us - doing so would cause us to lose a lot of time in transit rather than getting the true experience we wanted. We went to Paris, Milan, Florence & Rome and worked with Charise, who help organize flights, hotels, excursions, train tickets, private transfers & also gave us coaching on all the areas in between (neighborhoods, restaurant recommendations, context on stuff like tipping in a foreign country, etc.).
