Doing a Challenge = Fitness Workouts + Nutrition + Accountability/Support
The Team Fit & Natural Challenge Groups are four weeks long, and they start on the third Monday of every month.
The Fitness Workouts:

The nutrition piece is Shakeology, and this is a fantastic way to ensure you get a perfect dose of dense nutrition every day as a busy person – and it’s something that doesn’t involve cooking! I’m pretty much a health nut when it comes to food (buy all organic groceries, all healthy foods, etc.), and we all (my husband and my kids most days too) drink this every day. It has over 70 superfoods in it, it’s made from whole food sources, and it has nothing artificial or synthetic (the sources come from things like acai, rose hips, ashwagandha, chia seed, acerola cherry, wheat grass, grape seed, yacon, etc.). I drink it for breakfast every morning, and I have zero cravings to eat any other snacks outside my meals due to the dense dose of nutrition. The biggest benefit for me is it gives you SO much energy. It’s also a huge boost to the immune system. The Shakeology recipes are super delicious!It’s basically like getting all of the things you wish you could buy from the health food store or Whole Foods thrown into one easy meal, and you can’t beat that.
The accountability/support piece is the actual challenge group – a completely private Facebook group. This is what really makes you workout every single day. You have to post a sweaty, post-workout pic each day to prove you did it, and everyone cheers each other on. We share healthy recipes and health tips with each other, and it kind of becomes like a private cheering squad for you to do what you need to do. I would have never gotten through all of these workouts if it hadn’t been for my challenge groups. It’s a huge benefit.
