Healthy Shakeology No Bake Cookie Recipe (But They Taste Like Brownies!)

by Charise Rohm Nulsen

My family loves Shakeology! What’s not to love when you get to drink a daily dose of nutrition containing over 70 superfoods? My three year old and one year old enjoy it so much, that we decided to make no bake chocolate Shakeology cookies.

The end result – cookie balls that taste exactly like decadent brownie batter. The only difference is that they are super healthy!

It’s this simple:

No Bake Shakeology Cookies (or How to Squeeze over 70 Superfoods into a Delicious Cookie!)

I also added one cup of organic unsweetened applesauce to make them a bit more moist which gives it that delicious brownie batter feel.

I love brownie batter – even though I know I really shouldn’t sneak any tastes with the raw egg. So this sounds like it would be a great recipe for me to try!

They do! I’m not sure about the calorie count, but you can definitely reduce the calories by substituting PB2 for regular peanut butter. It’s in a powder form, and it has 85% less fat calories than regular peanut butter :-)

Great that you have Shakeology, Rachael! There are so many fun things to make with it – cookies, brownies, sorbet, pudding. I even add it into pancakes and muffins :-)

Do they need to go in the fridge after or do they just harden? Or are you just suppose to eat them like the batter. Either way, I am not starving for them!

LOL, Jessica! We did both. We ate them like batter with a spoon, and then we also put them in the fridge, and we’ve been popping them in our mouths all week :-)

Love the recipe but I love it even more seeing that your kids participated in it. I’m trying to do the same with my two boys but they’re not much interested. I hope I can convince them soon, it would be fun to make this together.
