I feel like the luckiest woman in the world to have had the opportunity to participate in online health and fitness challenge groups – first as a new challenger, and then as a coach. I am continually inspired by those who have taken a leap of faith to join our team and better their health.
These are some of the results that people have received from participating in our health and fitness challenge groups. You can experience this too!
Shanna – I have been doing Beachbody programs and drinking Shakeology for 16 months. In that time, I lost 16 3/4 inches and 18 pounds. Honestly it is not about the number but the way I feel. I have never felt better in my life. I feel healthier and more energized than ever! The challenge groups are amazing and really continue to help me stay accountable and motivated to do my workouts every day.
Elizabeth – Since having completed a Challenge Group a few months back, I have been able to maintain my motivation to be consistent with my goals. In being consistent, I have become stronger, more energized and flexible, my endurance has increased, and some of my sweet cravings have decreased. After having two children and working with children full time, this is HUGE. Finally, my clothes fit differently and shopping isn’t so frustrating any more. Focus T25 and drinking Shakeology helped me to accomplish all of this. Now, I am on to P90X3.
Michael – I have lost a whopping 48 lbs. 20 inches and I have gone from a pant size 38 to….. drum roll please a size 32 and those are even a little big. I’ve done all of that doing 2 programs – Focus T25 and P90X3 and of course Shakeology in 8 months. I went from eating 3000 calories a day to 1600 and went from fat and lazy to just finishing my 220th workout something I don’t think I’ve ever accomplished in my soon to be 45 years on this planet. None of this would would have been accomplished if it weren’t for our Team Perseverance Challenge Groups and all of the caring coaches we have.
Tara – I lost 11 lbs & 11 inches in 11 weeks. I am thinner now than I was at my wedding. I’m a full time teacher and have 2 little ones, 2.5 year old and a 7 month old. I use T25 and now I’m onto the gamma phase of T25!
Denise – I lost 5 lbs and 6.5 inches in 3 weeks with the 21 Day Fix program and Shakeology. My energy is through the roof. People are starting to ask me what I’m doing. I haven’t felt this good in years!!
Michelle – I lost 13 pounds & 14 inches from T25! I have gone down a full pant size & shirt size & am so toned! I have tons of energy from Shakeology too!!!
Jenn – I’ve done T25 and I’m on week 10 of P90x3 and I’ve lost 16 lbs and 18 inches!! I feel great and I love working out at home!!!

Jenna – In 14 weeks doing T25 and Shakeology, I’ve lost 26 lbs and am down two pant sizes.
Kelly – I have lost 20 lbs since starting on Jan 10th doing T25 and Shakeology. Feeling great and loving the energy!
Kerry – I first started drinking the Chocolate Shakeology every day for 6 months, and worked out at home! I’d lost about 12-15 pounds, then started P90X and lost about 7 1/2 pounds and 13 inches!!! Then I did about half of Insanity, and lost 5 lbs and 5 inches!! I also finished T25 and lost a total of 13 pounds and 18 inches!!! Can’t wait to start GAMMA!! So from all of these workouts and from drinking Shakeology everyday I’ve lost 38 pounds and lost 36 inches!!! So in all, I’ve lost ALL MY BABY WEIGHT (he’s almost 3!! ) and then some … I totally believe in these workouts!! And I’ll be drinking Shakeology FOREVER!!!
Kiersten – In approximately 16-17 weeks, with a brief hiatus, doing T25 Alpha and Beta plus almost daily Shakeology, I lost 12 pounds and more than 20 inches.
Rosanna – I’ve lost 43 pounds since 5/27/13 and 4 dress sizes doing Turbofire, T25, P90X3, and 21 Day Fix and drinking Shakeology everyday.
Brian – I tried Insanity twice on my own but took 4 months to do the 2 month program. It was too easy to decide to skip a day, or days. I finally got into a challenge group and completed Insanity 60 days straight through without missing a day. I lost 11 lbs and 9 inches. After doing Focus T25, I was down 22 lbs and 16 inches total. Down a shirt and pants size.
Michelle – 30 pounds and over 30 inches. 4 pant sizes. All since February 2013.
Krystle – I am entering the third phase of P90X on monday and have lost 5 pounds, have muscle definition (ahh I have muscles!!! lol), and have lost at least 4 inches. All of my baby weight is GONE!
Laurie – I have lost eight pounds doing T25. I have done two challenge groups and am getting ready to start my third. Between the 25 minute workouts, Shakelogy and just eating healthier, I feel great!
Leanna – T25 has changed my life! It’s the first time since having kids that I have a consistent workout routine. I feel healthy, strong, energetic and fit in only 25 minutes a day. I have been doing T25 for 6 months and find it so easy to fit into my schedule, I have only missed 1 workout in 6 months and that was on Christmas Day and my family had the stomach bug.
Stacy – T25 helped me get back into a regular fitness routine. I teach rurally and there is no gym unfortunately in the village where I live. T25 helped me tone up and helped in my preparation for a bicycle challenge for MS (Multiple Sclerosis) this past September, cycling 150km in two days. I have since found a few other Beachbody programs I am enjoying such as P90X3 and Les Mills Combat. Exercise is such a great stress reliever and I am feeling much stronger now thanks to the challenge groups and fitness programs.
Samantha – First off I want to say how inspiring it is to read all these comments. I have always wanted to be fit but have had ups and downs having to do with health and stress. The challenge group was such a blessing. It gave me the encouragement I needed to push play everyday and push myself to work harder. I have lost somewhere around 6 inches in 5 weeks. The weight loss has been slower, but I feel stronger and more confident and healthier. Also the shakeology Is wonderful and it really helps me watch what I eat. I will be honest and say that I am still an emotional eater and that at the end of the day I sometimes still succumb, but I am working on it and these programs really help. I have been doing T25 and have added a little of Slim in 6.
Bobbie Joe – My stats using T25 are 22 lbs lost, 13 inches and 4 sizes. Never felt better. More energy, no more arthritic knees, and I look better too!
