3 Steps to Flavor Your Way to Good Health

For all of my busy mamas out there, here are three simple ways to flavor your way to good health.

1. Add cinnamon to your recipes.
Cinnamon sticks.

Did you know that cinnamon:
- Lowers cholesterol?
- Reduces blood sugar levels?
- Protects against heart disease?

Cinnamon should be a woman’s best friend because:
- It has natural birth control benefits!
- It aids in breastmilk secretion!
- It eases menstrual pain!

What great info. I have been trying to find ways to add cinnamon (we already have the other two in our diets) – maybe you can post something about ways to add it (other than tea!) – visiting from SITS!

Thanks for these tips! I already use all three of these ingredients frequently, but it looks like I will have to step up my doses. Have you tried putting honey in your coffee as a sweetener? It might sound a little strange at first, but it’s actually wonderful!
